Missing top strap although you could replace with something else. Can’t locate the strap. Authentic and brand new from Nordstrom No box, no dust bag nor strap.Easy fix to remove or cut the top part and they are usable. I don’t wear high heels anymore so don’t plan on altering them.The last picture, the black ones are the sample of what the ankle belt would look like. Simple leather with buckle.
